Voice T1 is a high-speed digital connection. The T1 transmits data at a speed of 1.544 Mbps, which is faster than most modems. The T1 is uses a fiber connection allowing it to transmit at this quick speed. A T1 can be used for voice, or data or a combination of both.
The T1 offers a reliable connection. It is monitored at the origination point and if a problem is detected it can often be resolved remotely. The T1 is an engineered circuit.
